Dual Degree in Culinary arts and Hospitality Management
This course imparts both Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Specializations. Students are exposed to Basic Cookery in the First Semester followed by Bakery, Patisserie, International Cuisines, Pan Asian Cuisines, Hospitality Management, Hotel Law, Principles of Management, Entrepreneurship, and HACCP and so on. After successful completion of this course students are placed in five star luxury hotels as Kitchen operational trainees who later rise to the top position in kitchen. Having pursued Hospitality Management Students can also choose to become Hospitality Management and General Managers of star category hotels.
Students are certified Chef de Partie by World Associations of Chefs Societies after final evaluation. Students are offered B Sc in Hospitality Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India and Culinary Arts Degree from International Universities. During third Year the students are provided with Pathway option of Pursuing final year BA in Culinary Arts in various reputed Universities Abroad as well.
Six Months paid internship is provided to students during third semester as part of the course curriculum.
Eligibility: Pass in Higher Secondary/Pre University Course/10 +2/Intermediate/Any Degree
