This course is ideal for those who desire to become a professional chef within short spam of one year. This Short Term Culinary Arts course aims at providing all essential theoretical and practical knowledge concerning culinary arts which comprises Fundamentals of Culinary Arts, Theory of Cookery, Modern Cookery, Popular International Cuisines, Indian Cuisine, Pan Asian Cuisine, Plating Styles and Techniques, Kitchen Costing and Menu Planning, Hygiene and Sanitation are taught as part of the course curriculum. Students are certified as Commi Chef by World Associations of Chefs Societies after final evaluation.
After completion of six months classes at the Institute, the students are sent to Five star hotels in India and Aboard for semester two to pursue Industrial Exposure Training or otherwise called as Paid Internship. Students after one year of the successful course completion are placed in Five star hotels, Cruise liners, Catering firms, Airline kitchens across the globe.
Eligibility: Pass in SSLC/10th Std/PUC/12th Std/Any Degree
